The ELLE UN Group was founded in October 1969 as a garment manufacturer with a paid-in capital of 40 million yen. Its overseas business ELLE PROJET Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2001 with a paid-in capital of 10 million yen. The annual sales of ELLE UN Group are 1,400 million yen and have a yearly production of 350,000 pieces. Ogita Hemto Co., Ltd. was established on May 1, 1959, as a domestic factory with a capital of 48.6 million yen. During its first year, Ogita Hemto began with sample sewing with ten employees. C.A.B.Clothing Co., Inc. was conceptualized in 1982 as a global clothing brand. This Japanese firm is a collaboration of private designers aimed at producing high-quality apparel.  The designers create the designs for United Athle. Matsuoka Corporation began as a sewing business and a kimono store with a capital of 1 million yen employing ten people. Its trade name was changed from Matsuoka Kuremono Co., Ltd. to Matsuoka Textile Industry Co., Ltd. in 1964. Its operation was transformed into the production and manufacturing of textile products. In 1982, Matsuoka began manufacturing and exporting blouses to the USA and other countries. It began consignment production in South Korea in 1982 and in China in 1986. Its company name was changed to Matsuoka Corporation in 1996. Since its establishment, the company has faced a lot of challenges but remains unfazed by its competition.

In February 1953, Nitta Knitting Industry Co. Ltd., the predecessor of Nitta Co., Ltd was founded by siblings Masao Nitta and Masayoshi Nitta in Nara Prefecture. Nitta began hiring people with disabilities in 1966 to help those working groups outside the prefecture.
