- Create a technology package. The content of the technology package is mainly the style and the size of each part. Chinese manufacturers can make a pattern according to your technology package.
2- After the Chinese manufacturer receives your technical package, it starts to make pre-production samples. Please note that this time, because this is not a large product, there are some custom-woven fabrics or accessories that need to open molds. The manufacturer is temporarily unable to provide it.

3- Make a complete craft sheet. The main content of the craft sheet includes the amount of fabric and auxiliary materials for each size, the sewing process requirements, and the post-ironing requirements. This step is very important, and it is also the core of garment manufacturing.
If you do not have a craft sheet, it can also be completed by the manufacturer, because they have rich production experience and can fully express the production requirements of the garment.
4- After the technical package and the craft sheet are all completed, it is ready to produce bulk goods. Before making bulk goods, the manufacturer needs to send the fabrics ordered according to the craft sheet, dyed and printed, and mail the actual samples to you.
At the same time, the manufacturer needs the actual samples of the auxiliary materials and jacquard fabrics of the craft sheet are also expressed to you. 5- LOGO, there are generally two ways for the brand to embody itself, printing and jacquard. The printing of chemical fiber fabrics is mainly thermal transfer printing and digital printing. Fabrics with a large number of colors are suitable for digital printing.
Transfer printing needs to be opened mold according to the color, which is suitable for large-volume fabrics. Cotton cloth is suitable for watermarking and paint printing. The watermark has good hand feeling and high colorfastness. The paint printing price is low. Due to the manufacturing method of woven fabric, the jacquard is generally lattice type.
The jacquard of knitted fabrics can be made rich, and it is more common to mention English letters of your own brand. Embroidery is divided into piece embroidery and patch embroidery. 6- In the production process of bulk goods, you need to check the quality of bulk goods, such as whether the fabrics have reached the colorfastness, etc. These can be randomly selected, and then the fabric pieces are mailed to INTERTEK or GSG.

7- After the production is completed, it is ironed and packed (except for washed clothes). You need to tell the supplier how to fold clothes, determine the location of the tag, and the packing specifications.
8- After all the steps are completed, the manufacturer will inform you that all the production processes have been completed, then you need to send a trusted organization to inspect the goods. The inspection is mainly to count the quantity and spot-check the quality of the clothing produced by the manufacturer.
The quality includes: Whether the thread ends are cut clean, whether the size is accurate, whether the suture is flat, whether the packing is carried out according to your requirements, etc.
9- After the manufacturer completes the production and packaging of all garments, the manufacturer ships the goods according to the terms of the contract. The contract terms are mainly FOB, CFR, and CIF. Under the FOB terms, the manufacturer only needs to deliver the goods according to the buyer’s requirements.
The designated port within the territory will do. Under CFR terms, manufacturers need to pay international freight on the basis of FOB prices. Under CIF terms, manufacturers need to pay insurance premiums on the basis of CFR.
